On another note: Some of you know my daughter is allergic to Peanuts. Pretty severely...I might add. Well on Saturday, I purchased a pre-made broccoli salad to eat with my dinner. Little did I know that the SUNFLOWER SEEDS were fried in PEANUT OIL!!! Thank God I checked the ingredient list. I really mean....Thank you God! I didn't give any to my daughter so she is not affected. But who knew? I had no idea sunflower seeds were fried in peanut oil. Well now I know. I just wanted to let others know too!

My youngest son has an enzyme defiency and cant have anything with soy in it, and certain types of beans... its SO frustrating sometimes having to constantly check the ingredients in every single thing he eats!
